Same, I hesitated at first but now my blood sugar is so much more stable after a few weeks. My post-meal spikes used to hit 220+ and now they barely go over 150. Worst case, you try it and see some improvement, best case you feel like a completely new person haha 😊 I actually have energy to play with my grandkids again!
